St. Leo School E-mail Usage Policy

The purpose of the St. Leo School teacher e-mail is general communication.  It is to inform or request information from the teacher regarding your child.

 

The following are guidelines for proper e-mail etiquette at St. Leo School:

 

·        Teacher response time – please do not send urgent information or requests; you should expect a response back in 2 – 3 school days.

·        Confidential information will not be discussed

·        Comments regarding other students in the classroom or other teachers are not acceptable

·        Student to teacher communication is reserved for extended absences due to illness.

·        Absolutely NO spam mail or chain letters

·        THIS IS NOT A VEHICLE FOR COMPLAINTS OF ANY KIND.
