St. Leo School will make its own announcement regarding inclement weather for closing, opening, and/or delayed opening of school.  In case of snow, storms, or other emergencies, there will be an announcement on the local television stations.  PLEASE LISTEN/WATCH FOR THE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CLOSING OR A DELAYED OPENING.  DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL.

        If inclement weather develops during the day, and it becomes necessary to close school, please watch and listen to the following television stations:

 

Television:  WXII TV 12    WGHP TV 8    ABC 45 TV     WFMY TV 2

           

        If we have a 2 hour delay, Pre-School and Pre-K will be canceled for that day.  If we have a one hour delay, pre-school/Pre-K parents should make their own decision whether or not they bring their children to school.

        All parents are responsible for making their own decision as to whether or not they can get their child/ren to school safely.  Please feel free to use your own good judgment.

        As in the past we will try to contact radio stations WSJS-600 and WTQR-104.1.  However the radio stations usually take longer to give the information and are not always able to be reached
