To have priority placement and be eligible for the Catholic tuition rate, your Catholic pastor must sign the Parish Participation Voucher, which can be found on the admissions checklist. Parish vouchers must be uploaded to the checklist by the deadline for students to be given priority.
Catholic families transferring into the Charlotte area may also complete the Parish Participation Voucher or provide a letter from the pastor at their current parish stating that they are participating parishioners.

Children must be four years old to enter pre-kindergarten and five years old to enter kindergarten by August 31. As part of the application process, all students must submit a birth certificate and complete immunization record prior to the start of the school year. New Catholic students must present a Baptismal certificate at the time of application to be considered for priority placement. All students are required to have a physical examination and return the School Health Record to the school office prior to the beginning of the school year.
The Diocese of Charlotte Catholic Schools follows North Carolina state immunization law and requirements as outlined here. All students at St. Leo Catholic School must have the state-required vaccinations.
