St. Leo Catholic School's Health and Fitness curriculum by grade is as follows:
Kindergarten:
Overview: A physical education class supporting and developing the brain-body connection and gross motor skill needed to be physically active;
Learning Experience: Structured high energy atmosphere.
1st - 4th Grade:
Overview: A physical education class that supports and encourages extracurricular participation through physical fitness, motor development, strength and conditioning and sportsmanship.
Learning Experience: Structured and disciplined high energy atmosphere.
5th - 8th Grade:
Overview: A physical education class that supports and promotes lifelong physical activity, human performance, and a basic understanding of health and physiological limits for safety.
Learning Experience: Structured and disciplined high energy atmosphere.
